It was nearby the railway station, and it was a compact room.

We had booked a room for 2 days with breakfast. However, after reaching the place, we came to know that there is NO restaurant in the hotel and they gave packed breakfast brought from a nearby hotel.
We stayed for one night with our three children and we all loved this place. The room had a large queen/king bed and two single beds. A very large room with a seating area, comfortable AC, OTT channels, water, clean large bathroom (with hot water), decent WiFi, clean towels, and lots of cupboard space for storing clothes. They had fans and darkened windows that made our stay really comfortable. Breakfast places were just 1 minute away from the hotel. MGR Central Railway station is less than a 10-minute walk by foot. Being close to the main road, you can get Uber or Ola easily. The staff was very friendly and kind throughout our stay. Overall a wonderful place/room to stay for families and groups.
