I didn't like that at reception I was told I can stay in my room until 16:00 on Saturday. When I went to open my room at 14:45, the door did not open. When I went to reception to renew keys, I was told there isn't such thing as staying until 16:00. It really put me in a bad mood on my vacation, and I left disappointed.
