The pillows originally on the bed were quite flat and lumpy, but luckily there were options for other pillows so we could change them
Totally okay, but incredibly crowded and poorly organized so the queues became very long.

Despite large signs indicating that jumping and diving in the pool is not allowed, there were several families letting their children do just that, jumping and diving all the time. It was simply impossible for the rest of us to swim. The parents just sat and looked at their phones and none of the staff members said anything about the diving. Poor.
