A great location, very neat, great helpful staff, spacious breakfast and very professional spa (massage). 2 modern swimming pools and luxury beds next to the pool. I The hotel has his own tuktuk service to go up and back to the city centre. We also had a very good tuktuk driver (Mr Sovann) for the trips.

Everything. From the moment I arrived at the airport to when I left the hotel, the service was perfect. Staff is beyond friendly, always smiling and willing to help. The room is very pretty and the bed comfortable. Food was also great, I had 2 meals which were really good, and the breakfast is amazing with a lot of choices.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower. The pressure was not great and there is nothing for holding the shower head.
AMAZING hotel. We absolutely loved it. The facilities were amazing, the room was gorgeous, and the staff was phenomenal. An extra shoutout to Mr. Pheak — he was so wonderful and kind!

The hotel lacked an elevator, it was only inconvenient when you have to carry a lot of stuff upstairs, although the staff helped it would still take them many rounds to bring all the stuff to the room. The breakfast options were limited. Overall I still enjoyed my stay.

It was beautiful, and I really enjoyed my stay. It was so relaxing, and the people were incredibly kind and welcoming. The massage at the hotel was absolutely amazing! I thought the hotel was beautiful, but it was even more beautiful than I expected. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing experience.
