Hard pillows & confusion in the parking app on the check in desk. I paid for 24hrs as instructed by the clerk but was sent a penalty notice claiming I had overstayed. I appealed successfully but think the instruction at the hotel desk was confusing.

Nice room with a large comfortable bed. Decent view from the window. Everything is available, friendly staff, bed doesn't squeak, bedding is pleasant, liked that there are both firm and soft pillows in the room. The shower is also clean.

The air conditioner in the room was not working and the windows couldn't be opened, the weather was not hot but it was unpleasant, the kitchen is quite poor for this price, in other Holiday Inn hotels there was much more breakfast choice.
