Pool was advertised with your advertising but it was open to public and heavily used by gym members, not what I’d expected, also says restaurant on site and all they sold in eves were pizzas - no suitable for my 12y old who was expecting more of a private pool and who didn’t like pizza! I shouldn’t have to take her out at night for food or an expensive delivery when you advertise you have a restaurant. The tv did not work, no signal and when I called to reception they didn’t answer so i used my mobile to call them directly and still no answer! My daughter was in pj’s and I couldn’t leave her to go down to reception! I would not recommend this hotel for children at all

Straight away we felt so welcomed by the receptionist. Fully informed about check in, check out, breakfast, how to find our room, how to ring down for reception etc

Great location, excellent communication from reception staff, rooms were nice, cafe on-site, great pool and gym. All the staff were really lovely and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls are thin and the plumbing was noisy. Being quite noise sensitive, I had a very disturbed sleep. I’d recommend ear plugs for noise-sensitive people.
