The location is very good in front of the shopping mall and has two supermarkets nearby, an integrated restaurant in the hotel, spacious room.

I had a problem with one of the room windows at night, the team's service was one of the worst I've ever had, the night team was poorly trained and unprepared to handle problems, they ended up going to the room and breaking the window even more instead of solving it, a chaos and then turned to me and said 'This happens, what do you want me to do?'. To solve it, I had to have a heated discussion (over 40min) with the receptionist who was not at all concerned about solving it, after a lot of discussion, stress, rudeness he called the hotel owner who solved it immediately, if it was up to the reception team, I would have been left with a hurricane in the room without any solution. The receptionist even threatened me yelling when I was firm telling him that he had to solve it, that the problem was his.

The hotel is beautiful in its entirety, but I highlight the kindness of all the staff, reception, kitchen staff, the warmth of Agustín at breakfast and the closeness and friendliness of its owner Mariela. I have been here before, this is my second time and I would praise it again. I highlight the super complete breakfast with many options, especially healthy options as I like.
