Staff (Lawrence) was not professional at all! His dealing with us has been par below average. Coming from Australia with family When you pay decent money for a stay you expect a good house help. He wasn't taking any initiative and he was trying to hide our food and I have been chasing him up for breakfast. Not professional at all! He told my sister-in-law to have one yogurt only; it looked like he was trying to stock everything for himself to have it at home. And wifi doesn’t work; it just works in the living area. This would probably be the first time ever giving one star to a property.
