I had a great stay at Cinnamon Sally Backpackers and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting Riga. The location is excellent, right in the city center, which makes it really easy to explore Riga on foot and get around everywhere. But what really stood out to me was the staff. Vlada at reception was absolutely amazing — super friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The rest of the team were also incredibly kind and always happy to help, which made the atmosphere of the hostel really pleasant. The pub crawl organized by the hostel was also a great experience. It was a fun way to meet other travelers, discover some of Riga's nightlife and have a really good time. I met some great people thanks to it. Another big plus was the breakfast. Honestly, it was incredible for a hostel, especially considering that it was included in the price. There was a really good selection and, unlike many hostels, breakfast wasn't served ridiculously early and cut off before you had a chance to enjoy it! I also really appreciated the flexibility with check-out, which made the whole stay even more convenient. Overall, a fantastic hostel with a great location, excellent staff and a really friendly atmosphere. A special thank you to Vlada and the whole team for making my stay in Riga such a good one. I would happily stay here again!

The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful especially the guy who checked me in. Sorry your name slips my mind. Very nice ambiance in the hostel. Breakfast was great, good variety of fruits, cereals, yogurts etc and waffles. But very disappointed with the kitchen. Sorry to say it wasn't at all clean and not conducive to cooking. No worktop space for preparation. Everything was greasy especially the cooker and hob.
