There was a mosquito problem. The shared bathroom was not maintained. The property is near a mosque, so your sleep may get disturbed by the 5 o'clock morning prayer.

Broad Lands is an ancient structure, a combination of history and heritage. I felt like I was time traveling to the past. Very peaceful. Apart from the view, their service was good. The room I stayed in had no AC, but it was quite cold. The room had enough seating arrangements and a reading table. For a single room, the setup is good enough.

They don't have a geyser in the washroom. The washroom floors are very old and sandy. The bucket is very old and looks unhygienic. The curtains on the window and door were insufficient and do not cover them properly.
