Excellent location, but check-in was a disaster, after half an hour I was able to enter thanks to the business next door because there was no one at reception, and still I waited for over an hour. That made me lose my whole afternoon

It's expensive for the service and I find it terrible the $30 deposit for key return. It's been a week and they still haven't returned it to me.
