Missing ladder to get to the upper bunk bed, light in the bathroom and toilet always went out after a short time.... annoying when you're in the shower
Location is central and everything is easily reachable on foot from there. Spacious room with a great balcony (Room: Duplo 2). Staff and communication: Couldn't be better - exemplary! Everything is well explained and inquiries are answered quickly and friendly. Simple but good basic breakfast - possible in the common room and in the garden if needed. Shared fridge with boxes for each room very well and hygienically organized. We had no complaints about cleanliness. There was no safe in the room, which would have been useful for us - but it was not a problem.
