Good location, even though it is situated in the city center, I didn't have any problems with noise. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Strangely two showers were in one room, so realistically there was one male shower for the whole floor. It was troubling to close the room doors quietly. Minor things really.

The hostel is located in the city center so it's a bit noisy from the outside. However, when you close the window, everything is okay. A big downside is the creaky doors, which can be easily fixed, and the creaky ladders to the beds. It makes sleeping difficult.

The walk up to the top floor, where my room was located, but other than that, everything was great

The toilet was always clean and the paper was always sufficiently replenished. You could see the old town from the room and the view was good. There were hangers and hooks for clothes and luggage in the room. Curtains, lights, and sockets were attached to the beds. Small towels could be borrowed for free. Overall clean. Sufficient number of toilets and bathrooms. Hairdryer available. Great location right in the middle of the old town. About 10-15 minutes walk from the bus terminal. All receptionists were very polite and English-speaking. Kitchen available for self-catering.

The laundry costs 5 euros including drying. It can only be used self-service during the opening hours of the reception, so it's a bit inconvenient. The stairs are long and I get out of breath every time I reach the room. It would be nice if the common area were a bit larger. However, overall, it was a very good hostel. I would like to stay here again when I come to Riga.
