Nice placement, 24/7 reception, easy and safe to leave the bags for the day only for 500 tenge (could fit worth two people big backpacking bags + day bags), the ladies at the reception couldn’t speak English but were super nice and using Google Translate was no problem. Had a twin bed room and it was very comfortable.

Nothing really, I recommend having house shoes or you can rent some too.
