A hospitable stuff, a great location in the center of the city, clean rooms, everything we need: slippers, shampoo, toothbrushes and ect.

The location was not precise in the booking map, so we got lost with the baggage. And there were loud building works very early in the morning near our room so we couldn't have a proper sleep.
The room was nice and clean, good bathroom, very helpful staff who spoke great English.

The bed was uncomfortable
Cozy atmosphere as soon as you enter. Helpful staff. They helped us check in for a domestic flight that didn't go well, called the airline, checked us in on their laptop. Very grateful for that help! Practical room. Excellent location close to a metro stop and near the city center.

They are very hard mattresses to sleep on, but if I said something about it, they helped with extra mattress protectors so it slept better.

The room was dirty, we couldn't complete our stay, we left after the first night. There were many hairs from other people all over the room and a urine smell on the bed. They agreed to refund us for the night we didn't stay without any problem
