Very good location. 200m to Okrąglak in Kazimierz, 5min to Wawel, 10min to the Market Square. 10min by tram from the train station. Clean rooms equipped with everything you need. We could leave our luggage at the reception.

A lot of space, big beds. The kitchen has utensils, you can cook. It takes a maximum of 5 minutes to get to the center by tram 52. It's a 20-minute walk for sure.

It's clear that the renovation was a long time ago, many things need to be replaced. Cleanliness is average, a lot of dust under the beds, in the corners. Well, it's an old building without an elevator, it's a bit difficult to reach the 4th floor with a stroller.

I only liked the location close to shops and cafes. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped.

I didn't like that the reception was in one place, the room was elsewhere, and the dining area was somewhere else, which we didn't use because we didn't feel like looking for it. The bedding smelled a bit musty as if it had been washed and dried in a closed room. When I wanted to charge my phone, 3 outlets didn't work, only the 4th one worked. The outlets were also in poor condition, barely holding. The bathroom was very small, a larger person would have trouble getting in, and the shower seemed clean, but water was leaking from the showerhead on all sides, flooding the entire bathroom after a bath. The entrance to the room wasn't far because it was next to the tenement house, but as my daughter said, the entrance was like a horror movie, and she was a bit scared to go in, especially with a towel lying in the hallway for 5 days. I haven't stayed in hotels often, maybe that's how they are, we were only there for 2 days, so we decided to endure it, but it looked better in the pictures.

The cleanliness of the premises could be improved. The kitchen/fridge in the common area was dirty. Services indicated on the website at the time of booking were missing (bicycle rental). Luggage storage (for a fee) without supervision. They do not provide a tag/ticket for the luggage left, so you have to trust that you will get yours back hoping to find it.
