The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathrooms

The kitchen was very well equipped, the rooms and common areas generally very clean. The entire staff team was very kind and helpful. It is not a very central area, but there is a bus stop less than three minutes' walk away that takes about ten minutes to the center and twenty minutes to the nearest beach, which is Cala Major. The hostel also has small markets, a pharmacy, and some cafes nearby.

The smell of bleach in the hallways is very strong. In the rooms, the bed area had a lot of dust. Another suggestion I have would be to leave the sheets and pillowcases placed on the bed, as guests often arrive very late and end up having to put them on, waking up other people in the room and causing additional inconvenience.

It was pricey

The plugs in the beds don't work, they know it and don't tell you, when you tell them, they act surprised. The bathroom has a disgusting smell, I understand that they clean it with something that has a bad smell, but then they could clean it with a liquid floor perfume that leaves a good smell, in my opinion.

I liked that there was air conditioning, curtains for each bunk bed. Good value too. Perfect location and safe area

A shame the towels have a fee but otherwise it’s a brilliant place and I would stay here again.
