The facilities, the food was not top-notch, the à la carte restaurants
The facilities were okay but the food was boring, meat was tough. They need to go more European rather than catering for the Americans. One main restaurant but couldn't book any of the others due to the short break we booked but judging the occupancy of the others I sensed their booking system was off. The children loved the small water park.

Locked out of our room on the last day at 12, thought the 14:30 checkout was too generous.
