Everything, beach with seaweed, very small pools, food not varied, only rice, chicken, and pasta, a very poor buffet. And they don't provide an invoice or tax receipt. They don't have a complaints book. And the Manager is very rude.

The distance from the room to the restaurant and beach
There is only air conditioning in the rooms and in the general bathrooms, it's very hot in the restaurants, lobby, and buffet area. The food runs out, the glasses run out, there's never anything, that's not all-inclusive because things run out.
