El tiempo de espera para la cena fue de más de 2 horas. Deberían haber abierto el buffet ya que el complemento de invitados estaba casi a plena capacidad. Nos cerraron las habitaciones el día de la salida a las 10:30 am y cuando volvimos al área de recepción para preguntar, no se dio una explicación razonable ni una disculpa.
La comida estaba buena, un gran reconocimiento a los chefs, camareros y bartenders que hicieron las deliciosas comidas. La cantidad podría haber sido mejor para algunas de las comidas, pero aún así estoy agradecido. Tienen una variedad de restaurantes donde puedes elegir y rechazar, y me gustó eso.

The location is perfect, the beach, the hotel design, the spaciousness of the resort, the activities, the food, the cocktails. The staff is very friendly. There are quiet environments and others super lively which I find perfect.

That there is no transfer service to or from the airport. There is a lack of clarity in the schedules and locations of certain activities. The pool chairs were hard to come by because another pool was closed for renovation.
