I didn't expect that even for the smallest attractions you have to pay for everything. The rock of additional costs is three times higher than the cost of the room. It's funny and annoying because I travel a lot and have never encountered anything like this. In addition, all prices are Net and you have to add VAT yourself. Besides, breakfast was included in the room rate, but at check-out, I was informed that I had to pay extra for food transport to the island and tax. To top it off, for every payment, a 15% tip is included (of course in net prices) and yet the staff expects an additional tip when paying. It's like a joke, someone would think, but no. If the service standard was appropriate, I would understand, but it was at a disgraceful level. The staff doesn't care, they do everything very slowly, they have deep respect for the customer. And the kids club is terribly expensive. At such hotels, it should be included in the price. I do not recommend it. I only chose it for the children to have attractions. I will never return to this monster!

Food not up to the structure and prices really really high, the beach could be much better equipped considering the costs and the level and the name that the structure carries
