Great location. Easy to walk to local park and shops. Catch bus downtown. It was a very quiet house and everyone was considerate.

Having to share a bathroom…even though we knew this in advance. Not a big problem but water pressure in the shower was quite low.

A room in a regular residential building, bathroom is shared with others. You feel a bit like you've entered a stranger's house.

We were happy with the location. We were concerned about parking, but we were able to get parking on a side street. The front garden was lush. I like that the coffee maker was NOT a Keurig-type that creates waste.
