The location is not good and we were surprised after booking that they separated us while we completed a reservation for 3 rooms together, and we were surprised that they separated us into two rooms in one building and a room in another building, and we tried to cancel the reservation and they informed us that they were unable to cancel it, so I do not recommend dealing with this apartment

The place is not clean and they do not have credibility in booking the rooms we reserved, as they separated us and distributed the rooms, each apartment in a building

The kindness of both the reception girl and the cleaning lady. The room was impeccably clean. The location of the room in relation to the city center and everything is good, it is very well connected by buses, and you can walk to almost everything.

The location of the room. To get to it, you have to enter a portal where it seems like you are going to be kidnapped... the street is very ugly and the entrance even more so. The windows are the old iron ones, and you can hear absolutely everything, just like the walls made of paper, you can hear everything from the next room. Being a very central area, on weekends it is crazy at night, it is impossible to sleep.

Certainly the central location, very convenient and strategic. The kitchen is small but with all the essentials: Fridge, sink, stove, cutlery, and dishes. The room is aesthetically nice but not as much as in the photos. Convenient to leave luggage at the reception on the day of checkout.

The mattress and pillows are absolutely uncomfortable. In general, the building is run down and the rooms are showing signs of aging. Generally not well-maintained. Good cleanliness on the first day but nonexistent in the following days. The door does not convey a sense of security and the corridor light always remains on, letting light filter into the room. There is no support for products in the bathroom. Low water pressure during the shower.
