Located just across the Broadway station. Super easy self check-in/out. Rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Small but comfortable.

Can get cold at night from the window close to the bed and the smell of food gets through from the restaurant underneath.
It was centrally located and clean. Easy access, the kitchen and bathroom facilities were adequate.

The central air conditioning was very loud and several sockets in the kitchen did not work, could use some minor repairs, e.g., the room chair as well. But the value for money is quite good.

This place was great! We stayed here two separate times while on this trip. Both times we were on the 2nd floor. First time was Friday-Sunday and the second was Tuesday-Thursday. Both times: the shared bathrooms were clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, we had no issues with noise, and the temperature, while slightly warmer during the day than we prefer, was comfortable and we slept well. Washer and dryer worked well, were reasonably priced, and enough laundry soap for 2 loads was provided in our room. (Not sure if we had 2 bc there were 2 of us or if bc we stayed for two nights) The kitchen was well equipped and clean as was the fridge and freezer. K-cup machine for coffee in kitchen and 2 k-cup pods provided in our room. Broadway station on the redline and Dunkin Donuts was across the street. Circle K convenience store downstairs. Easy & short walk to Muls diner. Easy walk to Whole Foods. Two sit down restaurants downstairs, the food at the Indian one was good with large portions. We didn't eat at the other. Very easy public transit commute to and from the airport and easy to get to historic/ tourist areas. All that said, if you are accustomed to expensive hotels, have never stayed in a hostel or accommodations that have shared bathrooms etc, or you plan to just sit in your room all day, this probably won't be the place for you.
