The air conditioner is very weak, the shower had low water pressure. Some maintenance should be done in the bathroom.

I cleaned the bathroom with mold myself. The fridge doesn't work, I had to throw away food. The air conditioning is weak. In the kitchen, the water tap is stuck and doesn't flow. Unfortunately, it would have been better if everything worked.
