Nothing. Room wasn't ready. I had to go ask for toilet paper and towels. Bathroom door couldn't close. Fridge still had the previous tenant's items in. Room 109 next to the staircase and we could hear everyone's arrival and departure. I kept asking for the manager and calling the number with no answer

Loved that it was centrally located and I could walk to most amenities. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Love my privacy, maybe find curtains to cover the window sufficiently without any peeking gaps.
