Access to the rooms is a bit complicated. The weekend receptionist only speaks Italian.

The location was excellent, right behind the Politeama theater. The B&B is charmingly furnished in vintage style, breakfast is not buffet but still varied, you can choose between sweet and savory or both. Excellent air conditioning. Beautiful antique elevator in the building.

I would improve attention to detail, both shower dispensers were broken, the shower gel was consumed excessively as it came out from all sides, even the sink dispenser was broken, we reported it to the receptionist but the next day nothing had changed. The fridge did not cool, we even raised the thermostat but with no result. In the morning it is a bit noisy because you can hear people going for breakfast.

Tiny apartment, only a roof window, closed shutters. Couldn't be opened. Dark. The air conditioning only worked up to 25.5 degrees, it couldn't go lower. Mold in the bathroom corner. Not recommended for elderly people with mobility problems. Very narrow stairs. It was even hard to carry suitcases up.
