The apartment is not prepared for summer. It is very hot, and if we open the window, there is a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep.

It is totally confusing that the place to pick up the key and the place where the apartment is located are different. This means if you are tired after a long trip, especially to a country where you don't know the language, it is really frustrating as you will move from one place to another. Also, when I was leaving the place, I had a very hard time finding the box to return the key since it is a big building with many flats. The address posted on the booking is where the key is located, not where the flat actually is, and check-out is not easy. I needed to wait for some people in order to ask. Please review that process.

Above all: dirt. Really, there was dust everywhere as if it hadn't been cleaned for at least a few months. All walls were dirty, worn out.
