A roupa de cama, toalhas e lixo não são trocados para quem fica menos de 7 dias a menos que o hóspede pague taxa extra e essa informação não é dada logo de início e não foi possível sair preparada. A limpeza feita é superficial, tanto que tinha poeira por baixo da cama, tapete não era sacudido e a esfregona não era lavada. Tem uma janela sem cortina que até quem está só outro lado conseguia ver tudo.
