Hello, Everything was perfect for us near the city, Carrefour Fa'a, the airport easy access to parking and the studio by the elevator beautiful view from the balcony towards the entrance of the Papeete pass to admire the shuttle boats not complicated route great we really liked. 95% wonderful

The location of the coffee machine and microwave which would be better really kitchen side maybe above the sink on the right side make shelves. the smell of the septic tank. And the sound of music and conversations in the hallway late at night.

Our arrival was late at night. We were not given the gate code & our taxi driver phoned the owner so we could get into the apartment. It was very dark & we could not see where to go to our room. We were asked not to be noisy which was difficult as the entry was gravel & so noisy with big suitcases!

It's located on top of a hill. Walking up is not easy. Not many places to eat out. Town closes early. The ocean view is good. Air conditioning is good. Cleaning staff friendly.

Need better electrical wiring. We used the clothes dryer and hot water shower at the same time, it blew a fuse. The whole studio went dark, including wifi. The owner came quickly to reset. Most communication before, during the stay is in French. Need Google Translate.
