Location is nice and professional, with staff available until 10 pm who welcomed us. The technology is up to date and guarantees safety. The room is spacious. The TV is far from the bed, making it difficult to watch from there as it's facing the kitchenette.

Not clean near the balcony, no batteries in the TV remote or air-con remote. Half-hearted cleaning during the stay. Limited toilet paper.
There are different types of rooms, we chose one with 2 bedrooms. Initially, we were given room 607, which was dirty with old furniture. We requested to change and were given room 501. No issues with the condition of the room. Everything was working. The area is average, with cafes to have breakfast in the morning, but they are closed on Sundays. The waterfront is a bit far to walk to. There are also rooms with 1 bedroom in the apartments, which are half the price but very decent. Parking was included in the room rate, which was very convenient.

The access control system and facial recognition for the elevator were not working properly. The safe was not working, and it was replaced the next day. I left a sweater in the room, went back for it after 3 days, and of course, they pretended they didn't find anything.
