host really caring and available to meet our needs (also for information); brand new and comfortable room, with the right size to move around comfortably; very useful additional single bed for storing luggage; much appreciated the presence of a refrigerator; a plus the presence of a balcony (shared with the neighboring room) overlooking the city.
