Air conditioning only works in cooling mode. It did not work for heating. Wifi had some instability at times.

There is no physical concierge. The intercom to access the remote concierge was not working, so access to the apartment was delayed until we could get in touch to solve the problem. Apparently, the cleanliness was good but on the last day a large cockroach appeared from under the kitchen cabinet and started walking around the room. There is a slight smell of stale water coming from the kitchen sink. Not too much but noticeable
