Schimmel an der Wand, Löcher und Flecken in der Bettwäsche, Tapete löst sich von den Wänden, kaputte Bratpfanne, fremde Haare in den Handtüchern gefunden, etc. Ständig hört man ein komisches Quietschen vom Flur aus. Die Türcodes wurden seit dem letzten Mal (vor 5 Monaten) nicht geändert..
