They could pick up the used towels. I understand it's not a real hotel, but it's not something unfeasible. Prices are on the high side

Spotless clean, close to train station and grocery stores. Equipped with cozy but full kitchen with sugar, salt, oil, coffee/tea. Lock box is super easy to reach for the key. And can securely store the luggage before the check in

Water kettle not working; could have an anti-slip mat in the shower so someone with balance problems can benefit from it. And stairs!!!!!
