The apartment is located in a new building in the center, inside the apartment is very clean. Large bathroom. Nearby shopping center.

The apartment is empty, so the echo wanders through it. Poor sound insulation between rooms. On the day of our arrival, the control system broke down, so we could not park in the underground parking (and there were downpours on the street those days).

This property was booked by me, but for a colleague, I stayed in another place. I visited the apartment one evening, everything was new, modern, and clean. My colleague told me it was very pleasant living there and the apartment is spacious. A further advantage was the free parking place. It is also rather close to the old part of the town and to the University. The area is full of nice shops and it is quiet.

There could be spare garbage bags, some salt, sugar, and spices in the house. An electrical outlet could be placed in the kitchen bathroom.
