We specifically booked an apartment because we were travelling with our 5-year-old child and needed kitchen facilities for our child’s food and daily arrangements. However, when we arrived, we discovered that our specific apartment did not have a kitchen. The photos and presentation of the property were very misleading. The property itself explained that Booking.com displays many photos covering different room and apartment categories, making it difficult to know exactly which facilities belong to the unit you are booking. We immediately contacted the property, but they could not offer us another apartment with a kitchen and advised us to contact Booking.com. Unfortunately, despite repeatedly contacting Booking.com while we were travelling, we received no meaningful assistance or solution. This caused significant stress and inconvenience during our family trip. Families travelling with children should be extremely careful and confirm every facility directly before booking rather than relying solely on the photos shown. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience, made worse by the lack of proper customer support.

Negrįžčiau, nes nesitikėjau, kad tai kambarys tiesiog bute, kur antrojo kambario vonios kambarys yra koridoriuje, šalia mūsų kambario. Miegoti visiškai neįmanoma, nes viskas girdisi: durų trankymas, garsūs pokalbiai, vaikščiojimai koridoriuje, televizorius. Su vaiku pasijautėme net nesaugiai. Gyvenome pagal kitų svečių grafiką: su vienais nemiegojome iki 4 ryto, su kitais kėlėmės po 5 ryto. Pavargome. Nusivylėme. Taip pat dušo nubėgimas užsikimšes.
