The service for breakfast is very slow. The IPTV audio does not work and despite our complaint, no repair service was made available to us. Far from the city center and tourist spots of Marrakech.
I had a pleasant stay with my family, I would like to thank the reception staff and the establishment manager. The cleanliness is exceptional, the housekeeping service is more than perfect. I would not hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises.

The stay passed by so quickly that I would have liked it to last longer.
I loved the treatment of the workers, except for a young guy at the reception who didn't know anything, the rest of the workers were exceptional, super clean, the pools were spectacular, with sun loungers for everyone, the complex's security service was spectacular. It is a super safe and quiet place, far from the city of Marrakech, ideal for enjoying with family and young children. It is a very spacious place with apartment-style rooms.

The cafeteria service was a shame, because the staff was excellent, the food too, but there was very little seriousness with the schedules, it said it opened at 08:30 and none of the days we needed to use it, it was open at that time, not even minutes later, around half an hour or more later it opened and then closed at 18:30 (it would be good if breakfast and dinner hours could be arranged under reservation since one day we went for breakfast and the last day we almost left without breakfast and missed the flight) In general, it is a great hotel that I think is poorly managed, I don't know the reason, as it is almost 30 minutes away from Marrakech (taxi around 100 dirhams per trip) so it should be exploited by offering other services to customers, what possibilities it has, especially in relation to breakfasts and dinners, since there is nothing nearby to do so, everything is very far away.
