It is in a great location if you plan to shop at MOA. Walking distance.

The unit could use some decor, paint looks terrible and the shower/bathroom could use some TLC also. The air con is dripping condensation over the bed so this should get looked at soon. Aside from this, the price was right and there are multiple beautiful pools.

The unit is quite old and needs maintenance. Not soundproof, we can hear the voices from the hallway and the next room as well as the noise from the ongoing construction outside.
