They handled the issue of not making the place ready by the time of check in professionally and upgraded my reservation to a bigger apartment although I was alone.

Although I sent them a request for early check in, moreover I reached the reception early to urge them to do their best to let me check in as soon as possible, the time for check in was due but still the apartment wasn't ready. In addition, the place was without any basic needs such as tissues, shampoo, slippers.
Clean and modern place with thoughtful stuff and architecture in a lovely place intersection with the history, natural beauty of the horten bay and the city center. Very nice place.

The twin bed was of very poor quality
The location was very central. Everything needed in the kitchen is available. A very spacious and practical apartment.

It would be better if there were extra pillows, the pillows were too thin. I recommend lubricating the hinges to stop the door from creaking.

The refrigerator is so smelly. The washing machine is unplugged, might not work. No complimentary items such as soap, shampoo, kitchen cloth for drying dishes, or kitchen paper.
