I didn't like anything about them... If they don't accept after 7, don't display it in the booking. It all looks like a cover-up

The delivery guy comes and shouts, saying there's nothing, you can't see it. If there's nothing, you should have called before reaching the customer. I tried to contact the booking to explain my situation. I sent a message saying I accept the cancellation after 18 hours
