This was my third stay at Owen House and it is officially my last straw. Hiding behind the excuse of 'sustainability' while charging premium rates is a complete deceive to cut basic guest services. Housekeeping is supposed to happen on day three, yet when I walked into my room expecting a clean space, all the team did was remake the bed using the exact same dirty sheets, pillowcases and quilt cover. When I asked reception, they absurdly claimed linens aren't changed unless you stay longer, a rule NEVER mentioned on their website nor enforced during my previous 7-nights and 11-night stays. After we confronted them, reception promised to send someone to swap the linens, but the housekeeper literally only changed the bottom sheet while leaving the same dirty pillowcases and quilt cover untouched. I had to go back to reception a second time just to request two fresh pillowcases, only for the 'new' pillowcases to arrive stained and dirty, as shown in my attached pictures I have uploaded. Beyond the disgraceful service, the room had ants to the point where no food could be brought in, and the bathroom shower area was moldy too! Charging high prices while forcing guests to sleep in dirty linens on their scheduled cleaning day under the guise of eco-friendliness is unacceptable and the Owen House management team urgently needs to do better.

Nearby coffee house staff where the hotel is providing 10% off for tourists staying in Owen are not very helpful. I mean only online payment is acceptable, what if a tourist has only cash available with them, simply staring and not helping them and suggesting no options is funny and so unprofessional
