For such a price, I would expect the apartment to be clean, which unfortunately was not the case. It was also very noisy, and the doors didn’t feel very secure. You could hear every sound from the neighbours, and the apartment was quite cold as well.

There was no such thing.

The room did not entirely correspond to the photos published, and both the mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable. We were traveling with a baby and missed greater safety in the kitchen area, as there were some poorly protected elements, such as a loose board that could be dangerous. The reception upon our arrival was also not as expected. The person who attended us was dressed too informally, in shorts and flip-flops, which gave us an unprofessional image for a lodging reception. On the other hand, access to both the room and the reception is quite narrow and uncomfortable, especially when traveling with luggage or a baby stroller. There is also a bench placed right in front that further hinders passage and movement. One of the aspects that should be improved the most is communication with the lodging. They do not have a phone to answer calls, and we did not receive a response via WhatsApp either. Communication is limited practically to email or the Booking chat, where responses can take a long time or, in some cases, not arrive. This is especially inconvenient when something needs to be resolved quickly during the stay.
