That the room (apt) felt too narrow and enclosed, despite having the necessary elements but the most uncomfortable thing was that all the noise from outside could be felt. In any case, it was the first time it happened to us, because we have stayed there on other occasions but the experience was different. This time we were on the 3rd floor, on other occasions on higher floors

The parking lot very small and dark, the elevator old, small and poorly maintained. the blankets were for a small bed, I asked for a change and it was not done. the kettle with a broken lid and a lamp without a bulb. They did not change the towels from one day to the next.
