Really nice hotel in an amazing location, right in the center and very close to the Medina. Parking can be a little difficult, but that is generally the case in central Marrakech, and there is paid parking nearby, so it was not a problem for us. The rooms are small but very nice, clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay and had a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommended!

The best thing is the location and the staff, both Hassan and Harid were very kind and attentive. The breakfast was also great.

The photos are deceptive, the Moroccan lounges shown do not exist, there is a staircase going up with rooms and that's it. The pool is also not in the residence, it is two streets away, you cannot change when you arrive anywhere and it was quite dirty with hair. Our room for four was quite small, we could not go out to the balcony because a bed blocked the door, the chairs could not be pulled out from the table because they stumbled, an air conditioner was broken and was never fixed, in a week they never came in to clean. The owner does not take responsibility for anything when I told him by email and just insults and says that everything is written on Booking. Take all this into account if you rent it, so you are not disappointed like us. I would never take it again. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: We complained on the first day about what I said, but the solution was to go to another place according to him, the owner, without returning anything to us; the pool is two streets away, you cannot change and it was dirty, that's a fact; the lounges in the photos do not exist; the garage was never used, as we did not have a car; breakfast was paid daily without any problem; and the room was as I described it: small and without any comfort. I let Booking know to delete the photos and not deceive more people. Everything else is a lie on the part of the owner.
