The closest Metro station (Alameda de Osuna) is a bit far, but the advantage is that it takes you directly to the center of Madrid without transfers

I think for the price (reasonable) a simple breakfast could have been included, coffee and pastries for example. Apart from that, it is very good. Recommended.
