The location of the property is excellent, close to all the main amenities and within easy reach of the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was a lot of dust, especially underneath the beds. We also found clothes belonging to other guests in the desk drawers and under the bed.

The location was good. The room was decent as well, clean. A bit noisy, you can hear every door closing.

This is the first time I was charged for late check-in, 10 pounds for every hour I was delayed after 9 pm, and in cash. My flight to Inverness was first canceled, then I was offered the option to fly to Edinburgh which was delayed 2 hours. In all that stress, I quickly booked accommodation without reading all the small print. I called them immediately as I figured the extra charge and asked to cancel the accommodation because I didn't like their conditions, they did not allow it. So I paid in cash for my late arrival at midnight. I am not the first or last one to have a flight delayed/canceled and then to be penalized by the accommodation was very uncool! Self-check-in options are very common, but not for these guys. Very disappointed in this policy.
