Location, cleanliness...
On the second day, there was no breakfast even though it was included in the price. The place was supposed to open at 8 AM. We waited until 8:15 AM and still no one showed up. Since we had to catch a bus, we left.
The staff were super friendly, and I was even able to check in two hours early, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, not far from the Old Town and also close to the bus terminal. The beds are comfortable, and the room has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The entrance doors are quite thin, so noise from the hallway can easily be heard inside the room.
