The owner most likely practices overbooking, just moments before my arrival he stated that he couldn't accommodate me (at the given address, 2 people were waiting to check in and they managed to be accommodated). After reporting the issue to booking, booking replied 'all is ok', then when I arrived the owner asked me to wait (accommodating the 2 aforementioned people at that time) and then called me in a rather unpleasant tone to inform me that he wouldn't provide me with accommodation and asked me not to call him again. Since I requested the cancellation of the booking by the owner, he became very unpleasant and aggressive. The owner didn't bother to cancel the reservation due to the inability to provide me with accommodation but instead chose the option that I didn't show up at the property (by the way, the address given on booking is fictional, it belongs to a tourist information office).

Great accommodation in a perfect location. We were completely satisfied with our stay! The apartment is located right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik and is therefore perfectly situated to explore the beautiful Old Town comfortably on foot. We would like to highlight our host. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available to us. He even took care of a parking space for us and personally escorted us to the apartment in the Old Town - a truly great service! We felt very welcome and well taken care of. The location, the friendly host, and the excellent service made our stay something special. We would book this accommodation again at any time and can absolutely recommend it!

It was a real disaster, neither deluxe rooms, nor views (attached photos of the views) or anything. A shitty place. We had to wait for him for 45 minutes, and the person who was there was impertinent. We were a family of 22 people, including small children. We hired beds for 22, and there were no beds for 22. We slept in different spaces, which were a 20-minute walk from each other, and this was not communicated to us. He carried our suitcases through a bunch of streets - without knowing if we had anyone who might have trouble walking - NOTHING IS ADAPTED. We asked for 5 quadruples, and there was no quadruple room... I leave you a photo of 2 of the beds, which are for animals - He intended for a person to sleep there. Dirty sheets, with hairs and stains (attached photos). Bathrooms with dirty towels, and everything dirty. We paid €120 per person... IT'S A SCAM. TERRIBLE. You should remove it from your list... it's a SHAME
