The fact that the bathroom is shared makes it not perfect but the truth is that it is not a problem because there are 2 full bathrooms on each floor

Cleanliness, everything necessary was there, you could even take a beach umbrella. Convenient check-in, free parking nearby, not far from the old town.

Two things spoiled the great impression: 1. If you open the balcony - a lot of mosquitoes fly in. 2. Some tenants blatantly took the key to one of the two bathrooms for themselves. It would also be cool to have a clothes and towel rack on the balcony.
